我厂生产的C616车床无制动装置,是利用电机反接制动。此种制动方法,电机的瞬时电流为额定电流的11倍以上,电机发热严重。当电机的温升超过允许温升时,往往使电机烧毁,尤其在频繁制动的加工场合,更为严重。同时,变速箱中啮合的齿轮,由于受到反向力矩的激烈冲击,造成齿轮打牙和变速箱零件损坏现象,用户反映较多。为此在改进我厂产品的同时,介绍一种简易加装制动装置的线路及方法。制动装置结构如图1所示。经过改装加工后的皮带轮6与制动盘2紧固在一起,与线圈磁轭间隙保持
