描述了 PC 机和由 TMS320LF2407A 控制的开关式充电机的串行通信实现方案,在RS485总线的基础上,通过 Modbus 通信协议,使上位 PC 机能够控制下位充电机的运行、停止、充电参数修正等相关操作。说明了整个监控系统的模块构成及硬件连接,并详细阐述了从机通信程序和主机通信模块的软件设计。本系统支持 Modbus 协议的 RTU 和ASCⅡ两种模式,便于和其他厂家生产的充电机监控系统兼容。实验结果说明,所设计的远程监控系统易于实现,抗干扰能力强,有很高的实用性。
