经济的发展带动了图书发行企业的发展,从最初注重生产到现在注重营销,图书发行企业的变化不仅仅在于其经营重点的改变,更在于其业务流程的转变。笔者结合个人经验,从当下图书出版发行市场角度考虑,通过分析图书发行企业的内控关键点,提出若干建议以供读者参考。
The development of economy has driven the development of book distribution enterprises. From the initial focus on production to the current emphasis on marketing, the change of book distribution enterprises lies not only in the change of their business focus, but also in the transformation of their business processes. The author combines personal experience, from the perspective of the current book publishing and marketing market, through the analysis of the key issue of the book issuer’s internal control, put forward a number of suggestions for readers reference.
