在激烈的市场竞争中,企业为了更好地生存和发展,纷纷组建企业战略联盟,利用联盟的整体竞争优势抢占市场。与此同时,联盟成员企业不可避免地面临着各种风险,主要是受成员企业目标不一致、战略伙伴选择失误、成员之间利益协调困难等因素影响。为有效防范风险,需要协调和统一联盟目标,审慎选择战略合作伙伴,建立利益协调与约束机制。
