教育部最新颁布的《大学英语课程教学要求》中明确规定了“大学英语的教学目标是培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力”;在全国大学英语四六级考试中,听力的比重占到整份试卷的35%。由此可见,英语听力水平的培养与提高在整个大学英语学习环节中的重要性。从多年的教学实践与经验和对东湖学院非英语专业学生进行的教学实践调查中总结出适合于基础阶段学习者提高听力能力的“四步”训练法,分阶逐步提高大学生英语听力水平。
The latest promulgation of the Ministry of Education “College English Curriculum Requirements” clearly states “College English teaching goal is to develop students’ comprehensive English proficiency, especially listening and speaking ability”; in the National CET exam 46, The proportion of hearing accounted for 35% of the entire papers. Thus, the importance of cultivating and improving English listening comprehension in the whole college English learning process. From the years of teaching practice and experience and the investigation of the teaching practice of non-English majors in Donghu College, this paper summarizes the “four-step” training method which is suitable for improving the listening ability of the learners in the basic stage and gradually improves the students’ listening ability in English .
