目的模拟口腔科临床工作中产生的银汞合金废水,探讨混凝沉淀处理方法的相关影响因素。方法采用混凝沉淀技术对银汞合金废水样品液进行处理,以正交试验设计方法分析确定其最优参数。结果口腔科银汞合金废水处理效率与混凝剂种类、投加量以及助凝剂投加量有关,差异有显著性意义(p<0.05),pH值和温度因素无统计学差异(p>0.05)。最优方案:聚合氯化铝(PAC)35mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)15mg/L,pH值和温度为常态。结论混凝沉淀技术对口腔科银汞合金废水处理有效。
Objective To simulate the amalgam wastewater produced in the clinical work of dentistry and discuss the influencing factors of the coagulation sedimentation method. Methods The coagulation-sedimentation technique was used to treat the amalgam wastewater samples. The optimum parameters were determined by orthogonal experimental design. Results The efficiency of dental amalgam wastewater treatment was related to the type of coagulant, dosage and dosage of coagulant. The difference was significant (p <0.05), but there was no significant difference between pH and temperature (p> 0.05). Optimal program: polyaluminium chloride (PAC) 35mg / L, polyacrylamide (PAM) 15mg / L, pH and temperature as the normal state. Conclusion The coagulation-sedimentation technique is effective for the treatment of dental amalgam wastewater.
