目的分析各类白血病染色体的异常改变。方法采用直接法和短期培养法制备骨髓或外周血细胞染色体,R显带和(或)G显带分析212例白血病患者骨髓细胞染色体。结果 98例急性髓性白血病检出异常核型63例,异常发生率占64.3%;48例急性淋巴细胞白血病检出异常核型34例,异常发生率占70.8%;52例慢性粒细胞白血病检出异常核型51例,异常发生率占98.1%,14例慢性淋巴细胞白血病检出异常核型5例,异常发生率占35.7%。结论大多数白血病伴有染色体畸变,染色体核型分析是白血病重要的辅助诊断、分型的指标之一。
Objective To analyze the abnormal changes of various leukemia chromosomes. Methods Chromosomes of bone marrow or peripheral blood were prepared by direct method and short-term culture method. The chromosomes of bone marrow cells of 212 patients with leukemia were analyzed by R banding and / or G banding. Results A total of 98 cases of acute myeloid leukemia were detected in 63 cases of abnormal karyotype, the rate of abnormality was 64.3%. In 48 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, 34 cases of abnormal karyotype were found, the abnormal rate was 70.8%. 52 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia Abnormal karyotypes were found in 51 cases, with an abnormality rate of 98.1%. There were 5 abnormal karyotypes detected in 14 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and the abnormality rate was 35.7%. Conclusion Most leukemia with chromosomal aberrations, chromosome karyotype analysis is an important auxiliary diagnosis of leukemia, one of the indicators.
