1.石墨电极 电极通过螺纹接头与电极主体连接,其尺寸和形状是按日本工业标准JIS确定的。如图1所示,其尺寸和形状是世界通用的,并作为国际标准在IEC第239号出版物中确定下来。 2.在炼钢炉中的作用 电流从炉用变压器经过电缆传到三根电极支臂末端的把持器流入石墨电极。于是,在电极端部与炉料之间产生电弧放电,炉料开始熔化。
