电力营销是供电企业主要的业务之一,电力营销工作的质量和水平对供电企业的发展有非常重要的影响,为此供电企业需要对电力营销工作有足够的重视。现阶段多数供电企业使用营销精细化管理的方法,重视过程管理和基础管理,但是在实际管理过程中仍然存在一些问题,为了将问题的不利影响降至最低,对现存问题进行研究已经成为供电企业当前主要工作之一。本文从其管理现状进行分析,随后提出解决措施。
