1981~1983年,从我省玉米种植区采集玉米茎腐病标样,分离到十余种微生物,具有强致病力的微生物有:Fusarillm moniliforme,F.graminearum,Fusarium mortili-forme Var.subglutinans 和 Pythium debaryanum,次之为:Helminthosporiumsp,FusariUrn semitectum,Fusarium Camptoceras,F.equiseti 和 F.dimerum.致病力弱的为 F.solani,F.sambucinure,F.oxgsporium,F.fusarioides 和 F.lateritium.在混合接种中 Pythium debaryanum 与 F.moniliforme 或与 F.graminearum 组合接种,分别表现出协生作用,P.debaryanum 与 F.moniliforme vat.subglutinaris 组合接种,表现出抗生作用。
From 1981 to 1983, the standard samples of corn stalk rot were collected from corn growing areas in our province, and more than ten kinds of microorganisms were isolated. The microorganisms with strong pathogenicity were Fusarillm moniliforme, F.graminearum, Fusarium mortili-forme Var.subglutinans and Pythium debaryanum, followed by Helminthosporium sp, FusariUrn semitectum, Fusarium camptoceras, F.equiseti, and F.dimerum.The pathogenicity was weak in F.solani, F. sambucinure, F.oxgsporium, F. fusarioides and F.lateritium. Inoculation of Pythium debaryanum with F.moniliforme or with F.graminearum in mixed inoculation showed symbiosis, respectively. P.debaryanum was inoculated with F.moniliforme vat.subglutinaris to show antibiotic effect.
