花椰菜黑腐病是由黄单孢杆菌属细菌[Xanihomonascampestris(Pam)Dowson]侵染所致,不仅危害花椰菜,且能侵害其他十字花科蔬菜。近几年来,福州地区花椰菜产区发病普遍,尤其粗绒型(俗称“铁花”)受害更为严重。1984年,福州市花椰菜主要产区琅岐乡栽培面积2000多亩,发病率达50~60%,海屿村栽培300多亩,发病率竟高达85%以上,严重影响产量和品质,造成了很大经济损失。黑腐病菌主要侵害维管束,引起维管束坏死变黑,发病多以叶缘或虫伤处开始向内延伸成“V”形不规则的黄褐色病斑,半边维管束受害严重则呈“歪柄”;花苔受害呈明显的黑斑,其花柄横切面可看到维管束变黑。
