近年来,随着电子工业的蓬勃发展,胎儿监护仪已迅速普及各个国家地区,并结合临床及其它物理生化等方法,使国产期胎儿监护和诊断准确率迅速提高。但由于各种方法均存在一定的局限性,有些指标虽然准确,可限于技术条件,目前尚难于推广应用。胎心监护仪是国产期胎儿监护的一个有力有效的手段,但对监护指标的综合分析方面,由于个人技术及经验等的不同,偏差很大。木文将胎心监护仪所获得的数据进行计算机模式识别综合分析,使围产期胎儿监护标准更为客观化、标准化。
