川东北地区海相沉积地层天然气资源丰富,是中国石化“十二五”油气增储上产的重点工区之一,现已取得普光、元坝气田等一系列重要战果,其发展势头强劲,方兴未艾。但是,由于川东北地区天然气储层埋藏深,地层受地质构造运动影响,经历多次隆起、下降、抬升,断层发育同一剖面存在多套不同压力系统,使得钻井工程“硬、斜、垮、漏、喷、毒”的难题并存。根据近年来的钻井资料分析,该地区钻井过程中,处理复杂情况和钻井事故的时间,约占施工总时间的10%左右。
