杉木人工林的生长发育分为四个阶段:幼树阶段、速生阶段、干材阶段和成熟阶段。幼树阶段(栽植后的前三年)为幼树扎根、长根时期,地上部分生长缓慢,树高年均生长一般在30—50厘米。实行科学造林,集约经营,可以缩短幼树阶段,提前1—2年进入速生阶段。为缓和木材供需矛盾,尽快为国家建设和人民生活提供更多的木材,实现青山常在,永续利用,我们试图通过杉木早期速生技术的组装试验,探索缩短幼树阶段,提前进入速生阶段,保证幼树顺利成林,进而实现杉木速生丰产的途径。试验概况试验区位于通道县城南部11公里处的马龙乡向晖村境内,地处东径109°48′,北纬
