探讨小梁切除术中应用不同浓度丝裂霉素(MMC)的作用。48例(62眼)POAG患者随机配对分为两组,一组在常规小梁切除术中辅助用0.1mg/ml丝裂霉素,另组在术中使用0.2mg/ml丝裂霉素,术后随访一年。两组术后眼压均有下降,与术前眼压比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),而两组间术后眼压比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后并发症最多见为晶体混浊加重,且0.2mg/mlMMC组发生率明显高于0.1mg/ml组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。不同浓度MMC辅助用于小梁切除术中,均能提高手术成功率,但应用低浓度MMC能减少术后晶体混浊的发生。
To investigate the effect of different concentrations of mitomycin (MMC) in trabeculectomy. 48 patients (62 eyes) POAG patients were randomly paired into two groups, one group in the conventional trabeculectomy with mitomycin 0.1mg / ml, the other group intraoperative use of 0.2mg / ml mitomycosis Su, postoperative follow-up of one year. Different concentrations of MMC assisted trabeculectomy, can improve the success rate of surgery, but the application of low concentrations of MMC can reduce the occurrence of postoperative opacity.
