国内已有相当数量的GE9E型燃机机组投产,但其配套基础的动力性能研究成果少见,且国内现行的动力基础设计规范不完全适用于该类型基础形式。针对上述问题,以某9E型燃机电厂配套基础设计为背景,对该型基础动力分析的规范依据、动扰力取值以及振动位移评价标准进行讨论,认为应以厂家相关规范为依据,结合国际通用规范为对照;应用有限元软件ANSYS,分别依据上述规范建立相应的三维有限元实体模型进行模态、强迫振动分析,得出一些有益的结论可供同类工程参考。
A large number of GE9E units have been put into operation domestically, but the research results of their supporting foundation are rare, and the current domestic power foundation design specifications are not fully applicable to this type of foundation. In view of the above problems, based on the supporting basic design of a 9E-type gas turbine power plant, the basis of this type of foundation dynamic analysis, the value of dynamic disturbances and the evaluation criteria of vibration displacement are discussed. It is suggested that the basis should be based on the manufacturers’ The international common standards are the contrasts. By using the finite element software ANSYS, the corresponding three-dimensional finite element model is established according to the above norms to carry out modal and forced vibration analysis respectively. Some useful conclusions are drawn for the reference of similar projects.
