LXI标准是基于成熟以太网的标准,作为新一代的自动测试系统平台已经非常快速地取得了成功。随着高速以太网以及基于硬件的纳秒级的高精度同步的广泛应用,LXI提供了构建可扩展的分布式数据采集系统的基础。本文提出了基于Bustec ProDAQ系列数据采集和功能卡的解决方案并讨论了采用IEEE1588的同步精度,该方案的精度已经达到直接使用电缆或总线的分布时钟的精度。同时提出了Bustec公司的独特的方案,该方案使用基于模拟级外部硬件触发信号或者派生触发信号来触发一个完整的数据采集系统,使之脱离了触发线缆的连接。
The LXI standard is based on the proven Ethernet standard and has been very successful as a new generation of automated test system platforms. With the widespread use of high-speed Ethernet and hardware-based, nanosecond-level, high-precision synchronization, LXI provides the foundation to build a scalable, distributed data acquisition system. This paper presents a solution based on the Bustec ProDAQ family of data acquisition and function cards and discusses the synchronization accuracy using IEEE1588. The accuracy of this solution has reached the accuracy of the distributed clock using the cable or bus directly. Bustec’s unique solution is also presented, which uses a trigger based on an analog external hardware trigger or derived trigger signal to trigger a complete data acquisition system out of the trigger cable connection.
