一、引言在企业大学的初创阶段,运营核心在于建章立制,即依据企业大学的功能定位、业务流程、发展阶段等特点,在借鉴一些制度体系的基础上,建立一套适宜的、有自身特色的内部管理制度体系。长征学院经过前期努力,开发出了包含课程开发、讲师、教务等7大业务的《长征学院流程细则表单》,其中内含16个流程,29个实施细则,112个表单及模板,初步形成了长征学院的制度体系。随着企业大学的发展,团队分工和协作愈加精细,知识的积累和交流也越来越频繁,迫切需要
I. INTRODUCTION At the start-up stage of a university, the core of its operation lies in its establishment of a system of rules and regulations.
