用酸枣仁及壳对小鼠进行了镇静实验,同时对生熟枣仁做了比较。结果表明:炒仁,生仁及壳均能抑制小鼠的自主活动,加强戍巴比妥钠、硫喷妥钠对中枢神经系统的抑制作用(P<0.05),并可对抗安钠咖对小鼠的兴奋作用(P<0.05),而壳的作用比仁弱,但随浓度增大作用增强。仁及壳均不能对抗戊四氮的惊厥作用(P>0.05),炒仁与生仁的镇静作用无明显差异。临床治疗失眠等症,生熟枣仁之间亦无明显差异。
The mice were sedated with Suanzaoren and shells, and raw and cooked dates were compared. The results showed that the fried kernels, raw granules and shells all inhibited the autonomic activities of mice and strengthened the inhibitory effects of sodium barbiturates and thiopental on the central nervous system (P<0.05). Excitatory effects in mice (P < 0.05), but the role of the shell is weaker than the kernel, but the effect increases with increasing concentration. Neither benevolence nor husk could counteract the convulsions of pentylenetetrazol (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the sedative effect of fried kernels and raw kernels. Clinical treatment of insomnia embolism, there is no significant difference between raw cooked dates.
