成茶咖啡碱含量受季节、遗传、农业栽培措施等因子的影响。在采茶洪峰期即新梢生长速度最快的时侯所制的茶叶咖啡碱含量最高。采茶淡季所制的茶叶咖啡碱含量下降约50%。四个无性系品种的咖啡碱含量的变化约为35%,并且施N量不同其含量也不同。虽然,一般地说,随着施N量的增加咖啡碱含量增加,但在新梢的不同部位咖啡碱含量显著不同,较幼嫩的组织中咖啡碱含量高,叶组织比茎组织含量高。
Caffeine content of tea is influenced by factors such as season, heredity and agricultural cultivation measures. The tea caffeine content was the highest at the peak of picking tea, the fastest growth of shoots. The caffeine content of tea produced in the off-season tea picking decreased about 50%. The change of caffeine content in four clones was about 35%, and the contents of N were different according to the content of N. Although, in general, caffeine content increased significantly with increasing N content, caffeine content was significantly different at different sites of shoots, with higher caffeine content than younger tissues and higher leaf tissue than stem tissues.
