利用塑料薄膜进行地面覆盖栽培,是我国近年来引进的一项新技术.这种栽培方法在欧美一些发达国家,特别是日本已被广泛应用,取得显著效果.1979年我省对花生、棉花、烟草、蔬菜等作物进行了多点小面积试验,初见成效;1980年扩大试验,面积5,000多亩;今年,全省地膜覆盖栽培面积已达10万多亩,作物种类也有所增加,取得了可喜成果.各地试验、示范证明,地膜覆盖栽培是一项行之有效的增产增收措施.一般可使作物增产20～50%,每亩可增值几十元,甚至几百元.地膜覆盖有这样高的增产效果,其原理在于:
