刘宗周是明末大儒,作为心学最后一位代表人物,其学说历来颇受关注。不过,论者多留意的是他的慎独、诚意学说,而对与此相关的“改过”说却未给予足够的重视。本文拟专门梳理、评析刘宗周的“改过”说,并揭示其所具有的伦理启示意义。人生在世,孰能无过。人犯了过错,则应加以改正,改正之后仍可堂堂正正地做人。传统儒家经典、历代家训以及各类教人趋善避恶的善书读物等,对于人之过错以及改过的方法、途径均有所论
Liu Zongzhou is the great Confucianism in the late Ming Dynasty. As the last representative of the school of thought, his theory has always been a subject of great concern. However, the more attention paid by the commentators is his cautiousness and honesty doctrine, but not enough attention has been paid to the related “rewriting”. This article intends to sort out and comment on Liu Zongzhou ’s “said ”, and reveals its ethical implications. Life is alive, nothing can be done. If a person makes a mistake, he or she should correct it and be honest after being corrected.
