“企业文化是企业市场竞争力的基本内容,它以优化企业品牌价值为手段来优化企业竞争力。企业文化具有约束、凝聚、激励、导向功能,为企业的长远发展夯实基础。因此,如何发挥企业文化推动管理创效是企业亟需探究的重要课。为此,本文认为,企业文化应当将企业与员工的利益作为出发点,充分尊重、信任员工,营造学习氛围,并且创设企业文化应当符合公司自身发展,将文化融入管理过程,此外,企业的新闻宣传人员应当深入基层,收集实践材料,为作品提高更多鲜活的素材。
