集团公司党组书记、总经理蒋洁敏在2008年1月16日～18日召开的在集团公司2008年工作会议上,作了题为《深入学习贯彻党的十七大精神努力建设综合性国际能源公司》的工作报告。报告共分为十个部分:一、贯彻落实科学发展观的主要工作成果;二、面临的机遇和挑战;三、建设综合性国际能源公司的总体思路与目标;四、确保国内主营业务持续较快发展;五、继续扩大国际能源资源互利合作;六、积极稳妥地推进企业改革;七、加大技术创新和人力资源开发力度;八、切实加强安全生产和节能减排;九、着力推进和谐矿区建设;十、进一步加强党的建设、班子建设和企业文化建设。这里刊登的是报告的第十部分。
