应用小剂量孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)处理未成年雌性大鼠建立卵泡闭锁模型,应用定磷法测定了大鼠完整颗粒细胞膜Na+K+ATPase的活性。在此基础上,进一步观察酪氨酸(Tyr)、米非司酮对其影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,卵泡闭锁时,Na+K+ATPase活性降低,两者之间有极显著差异(P<0005);与实验组相比,Tyr可使Na+K+ATPase活性升高,但不明显(P>005),米非司酮可使Na+K+ATPase活性明显降低(P<005)。研究表明,颗粒细胞膜Na+K+ATPase活性下降导致Na泵功能受到影响,因此是卵泡闭锁的一个重要因素
A small dose of pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) was used to treat follicular atresia model in juvenile female rats. The activity of Na + K + ATPase in intact granule cell membrane was determined by phosphorus fixation method. On this basis, further observation of tyrosine (Tyr), mifepristone on its impact. The results showed that compared with the control group, Na + K + ATPase activity decreased when the follicle was locked, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0005). Compared with the experimental group, ATPase activity increased, but not significantly (P> 0 05), mifepristone Na + K ATPase activity was significantly reduced (P <0 05). Studies have shown that the decrease of Na + K + ATPase activity in the granulosa cell membrane leads to the impaired Na pump function and is therefore an important factor in follicular atresia
