随着社会快节奏的生活,人们普遍要求生病后尽快康复。为了满足急病求医患者的需求,提供及时、优质医疗服务,要求改变以往的模式,以适应新的需求。1建立以时间为核心的急救意识通常以“绿色通道”来要求急诊管理。急诊患者就诊要求医护人员以最快的速度提供医疗服务。因此,急诊科医护人员一定不能擅离工作岗位。抢救制度要落实,绿色通道保持通畅;抢救人员要求技术熟练;对病情判断要准确、及时。一定要坚持先抢救后挂号,先用药后交费,及时进行抢救。2建立舒适、方便、快捷的急诊环境急诊科布局分为4个部分:①急诊候诊及挂号分诊区:急诊科门内大厅宜宽敞,以利于急诊高峰时一定数量的患者及家属做短暂候诊或停留,大厅内设立独立的对外电话和卫生
