根据EH36级船板的技术要求和3 500 mm中厚板生产线工艺装备特点,济钢通过合理的成分设计、优化的冶炼及轧制工艺,成功开发出低成本50 mm厚低碳TMCP型EH36级船板,并对研制钢板进行了相关的理化性能检验。结果表明:开发的EH36船板组织为均匀细小的针状铁素体+准多边形铁素体及少量的小颗粒珠光体,具有适当的强度和良好的低温韧性。
