为评估硝酸甘油对婴幼儿心力衰竭的血流动力学作用,我们应用超声心动图测定24例心衰患儿静滴硝酸甘油前后的血流动力学参数。结果表明:硝酸甘油不仅使患儿肺毛细血管嵌楔压和左室舒张末压均值分别下降14.1%和11.5%(P<0.05),还使患儿肺动脉收缩压、舒张压及平均压均值分别下降18.6%、17.9%及20.1%(P<0.05),提示硝酸甘油可减轻心衰患儿的左室前负荷和右室后负荷。
To assess the hemodynamic effects of nitroglycerin on infantile heart failure, we used echocardiography to determine the hemodynamic parameters before and after intravenous nitroglycerin in 24 children with heart failure. The results showed that nitroglycerin not only reduced pulmonary capillary wedging pressure and mean left ventricular end-diastolic pressure in children by 14.1% and 11.5% respectively (P <0.05), but also made the pulmonary artery systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean pressure mean respectively Decreased by 18.6%, 17.9% and 20.1%, respectively (P <0.05), suggesting that nitroglycerin can reduce left ventricular preload and right ventricular afterload in children with heart failure.
