近来,传感器材料研究已经成为热门课题。主要有四个趋向,即1.单晶体到多晶体到非晶体材料;2.静态材料到动态材料;3.单一材料到复合材料;4.原子(分子)合成的传感器材料。最终获得“智能化材料”。直到目前,传感器器件仍是采用给定特性的材料制造,而将来则是根据传感器器件特性来设计所需要的传感器材料。本文将阐述这方面的发展趋向。
Recently, sensor material research has become a hot topic. There are mainly four trends, namely, 1. single crystal to polycrystal to amorphous material; 2. static material to dynamic material; 3. single material to composite material; 4. atomic (molecular) synthetic sensor material. The ultimate access to “intelligent materials.” Until now, sensor devices were still manufactured from materials with a given characteristic, and in the future, sensor materials based on sensor device characteristics were devised. This article will explain the development trend in this area.
