近两年,国家加大基础设施投资,为铁路施工企业(以下简称企业)带来了千载难逢的发展机遇.但是,随着建设任务的全面推进,"有活干不动"的问题逐渐浮出水面,成为横在众多企业发展道路上的一道坎,目前的一个当务之急就是要寻找破解这一难题的钥匙.
