小儿血清锌水平与碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物岐化酶活性间关系的分析

血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及超氧化物岐化酶(CuZn—SOD)均是含锌金属酶。体内锌含量不足时,此二酶活性显著下降,与血锌含量密切相关。虽然目前血锌是判定人体锌营养状况的重要指标,但其特异性还不够强。本文目的在于了解AKP及CuZn—SOD活力与血锌之间的关系,进而为评价体内锌营养状况寻找新的检测方法提供依据。1 对象与方法1.1 对象1992年3月~6月间,来我院儿保门诊就诊的厌食(超过3个月以上)小儿,排除活动期佝偻病及因其它急慢性疾病引起的食欲减退者共筛选出43例为调查对象,其中男25例,女18例,年龄2~7 Serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD) are zinc-containing metalloenzymes. Inadequate zinc content, the activity of these two enzymes decreased significantly, closely related to blood zinc levels. Although the current blood zinc is an important indicator to determine the nutritional status of human zinc, but its specificity is not strong enough.
