学业幸福感是教学过程价值最求的集中体现,硕士生群体中,女性比男性体会到的学业幸福感显著较少。对于女性硕士生,影响其学业幸福感的因素主要涉及硕士生学业幸福感理论模型中的科研活动因子、学校管理因子、社会支持因子以及其所学专业。这些因素在年级、学校类型等人口统计学变量上产生了差异性特征,其影响因素最终可归结为个体行为因素和环境因素两类。
Academic well-being is the concentrated expression of the value of the teaching process. In the group of masters, women experience significantly less well-being than men. For female masters, the factors affecting their academic happiness are mainly related to the research activity factors, school management factors, social support factors and their majors in the theoretical model of academic happiness for postgraduates. These factors have different characteristics in the demographic variables such as grade and school type, and their influencing factors can be attributed to two types of individual and environmental factors.
