一、前言为了使钢筋施工合理化、工业化、提高质量而采用的钢筋机械接头法,至今已有很多的开发,並已在实际应用。它们大致有以下三类,各有其特点。1.焊接套筒接头。2.焊接钢筋,再填入高标号灰浆。3.紧固螺栓接头。这次开发的螺栓套筒接头,是先在工厂把加工过的螺纹套筒焊在钢筋的端部,在施工现场再利用紧固螺栓相互连结。由于在工厂加工,故在保证精度、质量和经济性的同时,还具有现场施工简便这一优点。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to rationalize, industrialize, and improve the quality of steel construction, the reinforced mechanical joint method has been developed so far and has been applied in practice. They generally have the following three categories, each with its own characteristics. 1. Welded socket connector. 2. Welded steel and then filled with high-grade mortar. 3. Tighten the bolt connector. The bolt socket joints that were developed this time were welded to the end of the steel bar at the factory. The bolts were then connected to each other at the construction site using fastening bolts. Because it is processed in the factory, it has the advantage of simple on-site construction while ensuring accuracy, quality, and economy.
