根据铸铜冷却壁的结构,设计了两种不同的浇注系统,并利用ProCAST对其进行数值模拟,预测了铸造缺陷可能存在的部位。针对模拟结果,对优选工艺进行工艺优化,确定了铸铜冷却壁的铸造工艺。试生产结果表明,所生产的铜冷却壁铸件基本满足技术要求。
According to the structure of the cast-iron stave, two different gating systems were designed, and the numerical simulation was carried out by using ProCAST to predict the possible defects in the casting. According to the simulation results, the optimum process was optimized, and the casting process of cast copper stave was determined. Trial production results show that the production of copper stave castings basically meet the technical requirements.
