将海水鲈鱼和淡水鲟鱼的病鱼脑组织浸出液分别接种 SSN-1 细胞系,传 2~3 代后,收获细胞分离物;参考鱼类神经坏死病毒的全基因序列设计了 2 对引物,用套式 PCR检测细胞分离物均为阳性,并获得了2 个病毒衣壳蛋白部分基因片段,长度分别为 718 bp(鲈鱼)和 263 bp(鲟鱼)。核苷酸序列分析表明,这2株不同来源的病毒均属于 RGNNV基因型,说明不仅在海水养殖环境下而且在淡水鱼中也有鱼类神经坏死病毒存在。
