目的探讨基层医院21例急性心肌梗死救治体会方法对我院于2009年1月～2010年1月所收治疗的21例急性心肌梗死患者全部采取的是抗心律失常、抗血小板聚集、控制休克和心力衰竭以及解除疼痛等基础性的治疗方法。结果本组18例患者全部治愈出院,有有3例患者死亡,出现14.2%病死率结论基层医院要在急性心肌梗死确诊之后,必须在合理选择适应证的基础上,在最短的时间内采取溶栓治疗措施或转入上级医院治疗。
Objective To investigate the treatment of 21 cases of acute myocardial infarction in grass-roots hospitals in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 received 21 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were taken all anti-arrhythmia, anti-platelet aggregation, control of shock and Heart failure and relieve pain and other basic treatment. Results All 18 patients in this group were discharged. There were 3 deaths and 14.2% mortality. Conclusions After the primary hospital has been diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, it is necessary to take dissolution in the shortest time based on a reasonable choice of indications Suppository treatment or transfer to superior hospital for treatment.
