在30g/LKCIO_3浓度下,可诱导较多不能还原利用硝酸盐作为氮原生长的营养缺陷型突变体。对棉黄萎病分离菌株的亲和性测定,能正确划分出落叶型和非落叶型菌系。中国的落叶型菌系 VD8与美国落叶型菌系 T_9同可作标准菌系用,经测定,JC_1(常熟碧溪9大队)、JC_4(常熟徐市15大队)、JC_5(常熟徐市13大队)、SY_(11)(南通三余镇北队)、SY_(12)(南通新垦2队)5个分离菌株突变体均能与 VD8和 T_9菌株突变体融合,其菌丝体接种棉株可致萎呈落叶型。这一技术可以应用到棉黄萎病落叶型菌系的检测上。
Under 30g / L KCIO_3 concentration, more auxotrophic mutants that could not be reduced using nitrate as primary nitrogen could be induced. Affinity determination of the strain isolated from Verticillium wilt can correctly classify the deciduous and non-deciduous bacterial strains. China’s deciduous fungal strains VD8 and American deciduous strain T_9 can be used as a standard strain with JC_1 (Changshu Bixi No.9 Brigade), JC_4 (Changshu Xushu No.15 Brigade), JC_5 (Changshu Xushu No.13 Brigade ), SY_ (11) (Nantong San Yu Zhen North Team) and SY_ (12) (Nantong Xinken 2 Team) were all mutants fused with VD8 and T_9 strains. The mycelia were inoculated with cotton plants May lead to decay leaves. This technique can be applied to the detection of defoliating bacterial strains of Verticillium wilt.
