在松软土壤上预测车轮性能的通常的方法是将其视为刚性轮。这种方法用来描述弹性轮如充气橡胶轮胎的性能是困难的,因为还没有一种描述其在易变形土壤上变形的合适的表达式。本文提出了一种描述在可变形土壤上运动的弹性轮形状的简便方法。该法是将弹性轮当成为一大直径的刚性轮。还推导了能在易变形粘性土壤中预测充气橡胶轮胎滚动阻力、轮辙深度及驱动扭矩的理论方法。实验结果表明该方法在实际使用中预测充气橡胶轮胎的性能是足够好的。
The usual way to predict wheel performance on soft soils is to think of it as a rigid wheel. This method is difficult to describe the behavior of elastomeric wheels, such as pneumatic rubber tires, because there is no suitable expression describing their deformation on soils that are susceptible to deformation. This paper presents a simple method to describe the shape of an elastic wheel that moves on deformable soils. The law is the elastic wheel as a large diameter rigid wheel. The theoretical method of predicting the rolling resistance, the depth of rutting and the driving torque of inflatable rubber tire in easily-deformable clay is also deduced. Experimental results show that this method is good enough to predict the performance of pneumatic rubber tires in practical use.
