目的探索新的医院感染管理专业人员培训模式,并对其培训效果进行评价。方法采用理论培训与临床实践相结合的培训模式,在培训时和培训结束后5个月对受训来自49所医院的50名专业人员,在其医院开展的医院感染工作进行了调查。结果共收到来自44所医院的44名专业人员接受培训前后工作开展情况的完整信息,一共新开展了33项工作,其中手术部位感染目标监测有11所医院新开展,改进了已开展的202项工作,停止了20项意义不大的项目,工作重心发生了重要转变。结论这种新的培训模式对受训学员改进其医院感染控制工作效果明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore a new training model of hospital infection management professionals and to evaluate their training effects. Methods A combination of theoretical training and clinical practice was used to investigate the nosocomial infections carried out by 50 professionals trained in 49 hospitals and their hospitals during the training and five months after the training ended. Results A total of 44 professionals from 44 hospitals received complete information on the work carried out before and after training. A total of 33 new work was carried out, of which 11 hospitals were newly established to monitor the surgical site infection targets, and 202 Work, stopped 20 little significance of the project, the focus of the work has undergone an important change. Conclusions This new training model has obvious effect on trainees in improving their hospital infection control and is worth popularizing and applying.
