为更全面地描述卵巢癌患者神经系统疾病的范围和影响,纽约Sloan-Kettering癌症中心回顾性调查了1993年1月~1996年1月间神经科收诊的卵巢癌患者的资料发现,3年间共收治卵巢癌患者2050例,其中83例患者曾到神经科就诊,占患者总数的4%,患者平均年龄51(13~86)岁,上皮性卵巢肿瘤76例,其它类型卵巢肿瘤7例。76例卵巢癌中66例有分期资料:Ⅰ期10例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期40例,Ⅳ期13例。14例患有另一种恶性肿瘤,3例有多发性肿瘤。并发的肿瘤中乳腺癌最常见(11例),其
