在经济全球化的大背景下,国有煤炭企业的管理与变革面临着重大的机遇与挑战。因此,文章设计了平衡计分卡导向模式,通过纬度转换对国有煤炭企业绩效考核进行探索。
Under the background of economic globalization, the management and reform of state-owned coal enterprises are facing major opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the paper designs a balanced scorecard-oriented model and explores the performance appraisal of state-owned coal enterprises through latitude transformation.
