应用放射免疫法 (RIA)测定各组小鼠血浆黄体生成素 (L H)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、睾酮 (T)含量 ,观察吗啡戒断小鼠褪黑素(melatonin,MT)灌胃后血液中 FSH、LH、T的变化 ,并用形态学方法观察 MT对吗啡戒断小鼠前列腺组织的影响。结果表明 :吗啡成瘾组FSH、L H及 T值低于正常组 ,吗啡戒断组FSH、L H及 T值高于正常组 ,吗啡戒断后给MT组 FSH、L H、T值低于戒断组接近正常组。吗啡依赖组小鼠前列腺组织萎缩 ;吗啡戒断组小鼠前列腺组织增生 ;吗啡自然戒断后给 MT组小鼠前列腺组织基本正常。结论 :MT可抑制吗啡戒断小鼠 FSH、LH及 T的分泌和前列腺组织的增生

The atrophy of prostatic tissue in morphine dependent mice and prostatic hyperplasia in morphine withdrawal group mice, and the normal prostate tissue of mice in MT group was basically normal after morphine withdrawal. Conclusion: MT can inhibit the secretion of FSH, LH and T in morphine withdrawal mice and the proliferation of prostatic tissue
