吉林镍业公司选矿厂最近研制出一种规格为φ1000×1200mm的滤布洗涤机,安装功率2.8kW。该设备洗涤使用过的滤布很有效。选矿厂有多台过滤镍精矿的40m~2折带式过滤机,新滤布(涤纶)只用20～25天,过滤效率就下降,不能继续使用。过去是将滤布卸下用人工进行锤洗,但不奏效,只能报废。新滤布每台更换一次需750多元。针对这种浪费现象,选矿厂研制了这种洗涤机。每台过滤机需50米滤布,每次可洗涤30米
