本文对高等职业教育职业核心课程的改革以案例的形式进行了过程阐述和方法探索。它打破了按照学科的知识结构体系进行系统教学的传统教育思路,以“餐饮服务与管理”课程为例,解析其具有普遍意义的目标岗位群和它们的典型工作内容,将课程内容与目标岗位(群)的典型工作内容相对应——重构课程内容,根据不同工作内容的特点设计课程模式。期望通过正确的课程改革道路,提高课程质量,提升毕业生的职业生存与发展水平,服务区域相关产业的发展。
In this paper, the vocational core curriculum reform of higher vocational education in the form of a case of process description and methods to explore. It breaks the traditional education idea of systematic teaching according to subject knowledge structure system. Taking “Catering Services and Management” course as an example, it parses its target group with universal significance and their typical work content, Objective jobs (group) corresponding to the typical work content - reconstruction of course content, according to the characteristics of different work content design curriculum. Expect to reform the road through the correct curriculum, improve the quality of the curriculum, enhance the professional survival and development level of the graduates, and develop the related industries in the service area.
