本文主要从数量、形式、内容、功能四个维度对比分析学生研究者与专家英语学术论文中的引用情况。研究发现:(1)学生研究者论文中的引用总数显著低于专家;(2)在引用形式维度,学生研究者论文中非融入式引用明显比专家少;(3)在引用内容维度,学生研究者使用的“方法”类引用明显少于专家,且主要是“研究内容”类引用;(4)在引用功能维度,学生研究者论文中“归功”与“支持”功能类引用显著少于专家,且大部分引用只简单指出文献来源。本研究有助于学生研究者认识到自己在引用上与专家之间存在的差距,从而有意识地弥补自己在引用方面的不足;同时本研究也为学术英语写作教师在引用方面提供具体的教学重点。
This article compares and analyzes the citations of student researchers and expert English academic papers from the four dimensions of quantity, form, content and function. The results show that: (1) the total number of citations in student researchers ’papers is significantly lower than that of experts; (2) in the reference form, the non-integrated citations of student researchers’ papers are significantly less than those of experts; (3) The “” method “class reference used by the researchers is obviously less than that of the experts, and is mainly the reference of” research contents “. (4) In the quotation function dimension, the students’ ”There are significantly fewer functional references than experts, and most citations simply indicate the source of the literature. This study helps students to realize the difference between their own references and their experts so as to consciously make up for their deficiencies in citations. At the same time, this study also provides specific references for academic writers in academic English writing .
