如何从课本知识能力出发,培养专业岗位素质,使旅游专业的毕业学生能尽快与就业要求相结合,满足行业企业的用人要求,又给学生自身发展提高留有空间,一直是各高职院校旅游管理专业的教学研究目标。为此,结合笔者在宁波某旅游企业的校企合作经历,通过切实体会与专业教学实践,就旅游专业的核心课程导游课程如何更好地应用校企合作,搭建基于行业实践、任务驱动的情境式教学模式进行了研究与探索,希望能对专业的教学改革、对学生的综合技能培养提供一定的指导与帮助。
