自《略谈中国道家论服气》、《略谈中国道家论胎息》、《中脉探秘》等文章在《中国气功》发表以后,接到很多读者来信,要求“能对中国道家论开玄关作一点略谈”。朋友们慧眼所识,深感欣慰。我是茅山上清派世外高人光月长老的关门徒弟,在明师指导下,对《道藏》中历代丹家论开“玄关”也作过研究。在几十年修炼道家内丹术实践中,体证过开“玄关”,贪图过开“玄关”的风光。坦诚相告,清代著名丹家刘一明讲得好“非数十年穷理工夫不能见此焉！”
