读者对高校图书馆使用情况及满意度调查分析——以中国民航飞行学院图书馆为例

高校图书馆作为信息服务机构,履行着信息服务和教育的职能。在与读者的供需关系中服务的主体是读者,客体是图书馆。客体必须依从主体,并适应主体的需要,这是一个不可逾越的法则。为了从读者角度管理、监控、评价图书馆的服务,发现图书馆服务状况与读者期望值之间的差距,确定图书馆服务的发展重心和急需改进的领域,我们采用调查问卷的方式,于2012年在我校本科生中开展了一次读者调查,其目的主要在于了解读者对图书馆的使用情况和满意程度,通过 As an information service institution, university library fulfills the function of information service and education.
