在学校教育中,由于多种主客观因素的羁绊,各类课程长期存在“高消耗、低产出”的现象,直接导致教学活动的低效甚至无效,从而使得有效性教学一直成为人们孜孜以求的发展性课题。有效性教学就是指在历经教师的主导教学后,学生在知识和技能等方面获得了良好的综合进展。有效课堂教学是开展有效性教学活动的重要环节和主要平台,而学生的学习质量是衡量有效性教学的根本标准。本文结合小学数学教学的实践与体会,试对此作出抛砖引玉之论。
