我厂制型和制芯的原砂,都是采用热气流烘干炉和气力吸送来满足工艺要求。一九七三年我们调试了两条生产线。发现这种烘干炉存在耗油量大,下砂温度高等缺点。后来我们学习了兄弟单位的经验,成立了以老工人为主体的三结合攻关队,针对所存在的问题,进行了分析,认为给料条件和加热方法均对产量、卸料料温及耗油量有影响。所以我们在加热方法和喉管问题上进行试验,实现了利用割炬代替加热炉,降低了柴油、压缩空气的耗量和卸料温度。
